1. Introduction
Real PC Launcher (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is an Android home-screen launcher developed by Sagehuz. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you install and use it as your default launcher.
We designed the App to run primarily on your device. We do not operate user accounts, advertising networks, or analytics platforms within the App.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal data on our own servers. The App does not require sign-in and does not send your name, email, contacts, or location to Sagehuz.
Data stored locally on your device may include:
- Launcher settings (theme, wallpaper mode, dock layout, and related preferences)
- Positions and sizes of home-screen app widgets you add
- Premium purchase state cached after verification through Google Play
- File manager navigation state while you use the built-in Files window
This information is kept in the App’s private storage on your device (for example, Android SharedPreferences) and is used only to provide launcher functionality.
3. Permissions and how they are used
The App may request or use the following capabilities:
- Home / Launcher role — to display the home screen, app drawer integration, and desktop UI.
- Internet — used by the embedded WebView shell that powers parts of the desktop interface. The App is intended to load UI from packaged assets on your device; it does not need Internet for core launcher features unless you open content that requires a network connection.
- Google Play Billing — to process optional in-app purchases (for example, unlocking premium themes). Payment and receipt validation are handled by Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details.
- All files access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) — only when you use the built-in File Manager to browse, open, or manage files you choose. The App does not upload your files to Sagehuz.
- App widgets — to host third-party widgets you explicitly add from installed apps. Those widgets are provided and updated by their respective app developers, not by Sagehuz.
- Device wallpaper (optional) — if you enable “device wallpaper” mode, the App reads your system wallpaper to show it behind the desktop. This processing stays on your device.
4. Third-party services
- Google Play — billing, app distribution, and (if applicable) backup services provided by Google. Their practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- App widget providers — any widget you add (clock, weather, battery, etc.) is supplied by another installed application. That provider may collect data according to its own policy.
- Apps you launch — when you open applications from the launcher, those apps handle data under their own privacy terms.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data leaves your device only when:
- You use Google Play Billing (transaction data processed by Google), or
- You interact with a third-party widget or app that communicates over the network, or
- You use Android backup / device transfer features you have enabled at the system level.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local launcher data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage, uninstall the App, or reset your device. Uninstalling Real PC Launcher removes the App’s private data from your device, subject to Android backup rules you may have configured.
7. Security
We use standard Android platform protections for app sandboxing and local storage. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; please keep your device updated and protected with a screen lock.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
The App is distributed through Google Play and is operated from the perspective of on-device processing. If you use the App outside your country of residence, local laws may still apply to data handled by Google and third-party widget providers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
